Performance Characteristics:
- Efficient material transfer
The terminal loading station realizes the efficient connection of coal, ore and other materials from ship unloading to truck loading. After unloading the ship, the materials enter the dust-free hopper, which is quickly and stably transported to the loading station through the belt conveyor, and then accurately loaded into the trucks through the bulk loader. The whole process is smooth and unobstructed, which greatly improves the efficiency of material transshipment. Taking the loading capacity of 600t/h for a single lane as an example, the loading of a large amount of materials can be completed in a short time, reducing the waiting time for ships and vehicles, making the logistics operation of the terminal more efficient, and enhancing the port's throughput capacity and overall operational efficiency.
- Environmentally friendly operation mode
The dust collector on the top effectively controls the dust pollution during the loading process. During the loading and unloading of materials, especially bulk materials are prone to generate a large amount of dust. The dust collector collects the raised dust through powerful suction and prevents it from spreading to the surrounding environment, which keeps the air in the terminal area clean and meets the environmental protection requirements. The design of dust-free hopper also further reduces the material dust point, reduces the amount of dust generated from the source, provides a good working environment for the terminal operators, and also reduces the impact on the surrounding air environment.
- flexible design program
Single-lane or multi-lane loading station can be designed according to customers' needs, fully considering the transportation scale and site conditions of different customers. The single-lane structure is simple and covers a small area, which is suitable for small terminals or scenarios with relatively small loading volume; while the multi-lane is able to load multiple trucks at the same time, which improves the parallel efficiency of loading, and is suitable for large port terminals or areas with busy logistics. This flexibility enables the dock loading station to be widely adapted to the actual situation of all kinds of terminals, meet the individual needs of different customers, and improve the versatility and practicality of the equipment.
- Economic and Cost Advantages
The simplicity of the process and the low height of the loading station make it possible to effectively control the construction and operating costs. The simple process reduces the complexity and installation difficulty of the equipment, lowering material and labor costs during construction. The lower loading station height reduces the requirements of the building structure and the investment of related supporting facilities, such as reducing the height and strength requirements of the support structure and reducing the wiring length of the electrical equipment. During operation, the low height also facilitates the maintenance and operation of the equipment, reduces energy consumption and maintenance costs, and improves the economy and cost-effectiveness of the terminal loading station.
Main technical parameters:
- Loading capacity
The loading capacity of the single lane is 600t/h, this parameter specifies the amount of materials that can be loaded at the loading station in the unit time. In actual operation, the loading operation plan can be reasonably arranged according to the arrival volume of ships at the terminal, trucking capacity and other factors, so as to give full play to the loading efficiency of the loading station. For example, if a 5,000-ton coal ship calls at the port, according to the loading capacity of a single lane, it will take about 8.3 hours to complete the loading task, reserving sufficient time for the subsequent transportation.
- Lane Configuration
Single and multi-lane design options are available. The width of a single lane is generally between 3 - 5 meters, while the width of a multi-lane is increased according to the number of lanes, e.g., a dual-lane is approximately 6 - 8 meters wide. Different lane configurations vary in terms of floor space, equipment investment and loading efficiency. Customers can make comprehensive considerations and choices according to their own site area, transportation flow and other circumstances.
Main application areas:
- Coal ports: In the import and export ports of coal, the terminal loading station is the key link for coal to be shifted from waterway transportation to land transportation. A large amount of coal is quickly loaded onto trucks through the loading station after unloading the ship and transported to power plants, coking plants and other users all over the world, which guarantees the stable supply of energy and the smooth operation of the coal industry chain.
- Ore Terminal: For the import and export terminals of various types of ores such as iron ore, copper ore, bauxite, etc., the terminal loading station also plays an important role. The ores after unloading from ships are efficiently loaded onto trucks and transported to nearby ore dressing plants, smelters or other processing enterprises, which promotes the development and utilization of ore resources and the development of related industries.
Important Tips:
- Equipment Maintenance
Regularly inspect the belt conveyor to see whether the conveyor belt has runout, tear, wear and tear, etc., and adjust or replace the conveyor belt in time. Check and clean the parts of the bulk loader such as the discharging port and valve to prevent the material from clogging and affecting the loading accuracy. The dust collector should clean the filter bag and check the operation of the fan regularly to ensure the effect of dust collection. Generally, a comprehensive inspection of the belt conveyor is carried out once a quarter, and the bulk loader and dust collector are inspected and maintained once a month.
- System calibration
Regularly calibrate the loading metering system to ensure the accuracy of the loading weight. Check whether the loading height, angle and other parameters of the bulk loader meet the requirements, and adjust them in time if there is any deviation. Calibrate the metering system once every six months, and check and confirm the parameters of the bulk loader before each loading, so as to avoid economic disputes or transportation safety hazards caused by inaccurate measurement or wrong loading parameters.
- Safety Protection
Obvious safety warning signs are set up in the operation area of the loading station at the terminal to prevent unrelated personnel from entering. Protect the transmission parts of belt conveyors, bulk loaders and other equipment, such as installing protective covers and guard rails, to avoid mechanical injury accidents caused by personnel contact. During equipment maintenance and overhaul, strictly observe the operating procedures, cut off the power supply and hang warning signs to ensure the personal safety of the operating personnel.
