Important Tips:
- Equipment inspection before ship loading. Before each ship loading operation, the ship loading system should be comprehensively and meticulously inspected, including the storage condition of the silo, the connection and operation of the conveying equipment, the mechanical and electrical parts of the ship loading machine, and the working condition of the dust collection system. Ensure that all equipment is operating normally and without hidden trouble.
- Matching of material characteristics. Different materials have different physical and chemical properties, such as particle size, humidity, fluidity and so on. In the process of loading, adjust the parameters of the equipment according to the characteristics of the material, such as conveying speed, loading angle, etc., to ensure smooth conveying and accurate loading of the material.
