The volume range is 1000 - 50000m³, the thickness of steel plate is selected between 3 - 12mm according to the size of the silo and bearing pressure, the diameter of the silo can be between 10 - 50m, the height depends on the site and capacity requirements, generally between 10 - 40m, the design pressure resistance is between 0.5 - 2kPa, which is able to withstand the pressure of the accumulation of the fly ash and a certain degree of pressure from the external environment.
- Pneumatic conveying feed pipe
The conveying capacity is between 10 - 100t/h, the conveying wind speed is between 10 - 30m/s, and the diameter of the pipe is between 100 - 300mm, which is adjusted according to the conveying distance and the characteristics of the fly ash, so as to ensure that the fly ash can be conveyed into the silo smoothly and efficiently.
- Bottom Fluidized Discharge System

- Steel plate silo installation and maintenance
