- Before installation, be sure to carefully check the product model, specifications and the suitability of the opener, check the firmness and flatness of the installation foundation, ensure that the installation environment is clean and free of debris, and operate in strict accordance with the installation instructions to avoid equipment failure or safety accidents caused by improper installation.

- Regularly carry out a comprehensive inspection of the product, including the wear of gears, the operating status of bearings, lubricant oil quality and oil level, etc., according to the operating hours and conditions of the equipment, timely replacement of lubricants and wearing parts, to ensure that the product is always in a good state of operation, to extend the service life of the equipment.

- During operation, pay close attention to the product's operating parameters, such as temperature, vibration, noise, etc., if abnormalities are found should be immediately shut down for inspection, troubleshooting and repair, strictly prohibit the equipment to run with faults, to prevent the expansion of faults, endangering the safety of personnel and the progress of rubber production.

- As the rubber processing process will produce dust, high temperature and other special environmental factors, we should pay attention to the protection of the product, regularly clean up the dust on the surface of the equipment, to ensure good heat dissipation, to prevent equipment failure or performance degradation due to environmental factors.
