Important Tips:
Before installation, be sure to carefully check the model and specification of the gear box and the suitability of the equipment, check the flatness, strength and stability of the installation foundation, and ensure that the installation surface is clean and free of impurities.
Before the first operation, it is necessary to clean the inside of the gear box completely, check the installation and lubrication status of each gear, bearing, shaft seal and other components, and fill the lubricant according to the specified oil level and oil requirements.
During operation, establish a regular inspection system to check the oil temperature, oil pressure, vibration, noise, sealing condition and other key indicators of the gear box, and observe the wear and tear of gears and bearings. According to the running time and working conditions of the equipment, reasonably arrange the maintenance cycle, timely replacement of lubricating oil, filters and other wear parts, wear detection and precision adjustment of gears, bearings and other key components.
Long-term out of service or seasonal out of service equipment, before decommissioning should do a good job of equipment cleaning, anticorrosion, rust treatment, the gear box lubricant discharge clean and properly stored.
