Lubrication of wind power gearbox bearings | Bocheng

In order to ensure that rolling bearings can operate effectively and reliably, they must be adequately lubricated to prevent direct metal-to-metal contact between the rolling elements, raceways and cage. The main functions of lubrication are as follows:

Lubrication of bearings can be divided into grease lubrication and oil lubrication. If only lubrication is considered, oil lubrication can maintain good lubrication, but grease lubrication can simplify the peripheral structure of bearings. In the wind power main gear box, the ball bearing mounted on the pipe shaft is generally lubricated with grease if no lubricant passes through, and the rest of the position is basically oil lubrication.
 
The types of oil lubrication can be divided into: jet lubrication, oil bath lubrication, oil gas (fog) lubrication, drip lubrication, circulating oil lubrication, splash lubrication and so on.
