Brand: BOCH
Applicable Industry: Manufacturing Plant, Construction Works, Energy &Amp; Mining
Performance characteristics:
-The storage and transport system for aluminium electrolysis plant has clear functionality and specificity, effectively solving the key problems of storing alumina and charging to the electrolysis tank. Efficient material flow is achieved through a well-designed conveying process.
-The material is conveyed by either bucket elevators or belt conveyors, both of which have their own advantages. Bucket elevators provide efficient vertical lifting, while belt conveyors excel in horizontal conveying, and the combination of the two ensures smooth transport of the alumina.
-The application of bin top homogenising device ensures the uniform distribution of alumina in the bin and avoids the discharge problem caused by uneven accumulation of materials, which lays the foundation for the subsequent stable material supply.
-The air inclined chute conveying system plays an important role in conveying the materials in the alumina silo to the feeder box of the electrolytic cell, with its simple structure, low energy consumption and
convenient maintenance, which ensures the stability of the conveying.
O-ne of the system's distinctive features is the use of a segmented conveying process. This design allows each conveying stage to perform optimally, reducing system complexity and improving operational reliability and stability.
-The system demonstrates high feeding efficiency and is able to quickly and accurately supply alumina to the electrolysis tanks in the electrolysis plant, ensuring continuous production of aluminium.
Main technical parameters:
-The lifting height, lifting speed and conveying capacity of the bucket elevator are customised according to the specific layout and production scale of the aluminium electrolysis plant.
-The belt width, belt speed and conveying length of the belt conveyor to meet the requirements of different distances and conveying capacity.
-The capacity of the alumina silo is determined according to the production demand and storage cycle.
-The inclination angle, conveying speed and conveying capacity of the air inclined chute conveying system are adapted to the specific site and process conditions.
Main application areas:
-Widely used in all kinds of electrolytic aluminium producers, providing them with integrated solutions from alumina storage to charging.
-For the planning and construction of new aluminium plants to ensure a smooth and efficient production process.
-For the upgrading of existing alumina plants, the existing storage and transportation system can be optimised and improved to enhance its performance and efficiency.
Important note:
-When installing the storage and transportation system of the electrolytic aluminium plant, make sure that the installation foundation is firm and level, and can withstand the weight of the equipment and vibration during operation. Construct the system in strict accordance with the installation drawings, and pay attention to the connection and calibration between the equipment to ensure the accuracy of the installation.
-Before installation, conduct a thorough inspection of the equipment, including whether there is any damage to the appearance and whether the parts are complete. At the same time, make sure that the tools and auxiliary materials required for installation are ready and of good quality.
-Before operation, check whether the wiring of the electrical system is correct and whether the lubrication of each equipment is in place. Carry out no-load test run of the conveying equipment to ensure normal operation.
-During operation, pay close attention to the running condition of the equipment, such as whether the conveyor belt of the conveying equipment is deflected or whether the motor is overheated. Regularly check the fastening of each part to prevent loosening.
-Clean the alumina bin regularly to prevent the material from clumping and affecting the discharge. At the same time, check whether the structure of the silo is in good condition, and whether there is any corrosion or deformation.
-Regularly maintain the equipment and replace worn parts according to the maintenance manual. Regularly check and maintain the electrical equipment to ensure its safe and reliable operation.
-When shutting down for maintenance, the power supply must be cut off first and a warning sign must be hung in a conspicuous position. At the same time, take reliable braking measures to prevent the equipment from starting accidentally.
-Establish equipment operation and maintenance files to record in detail the operation time, maintenance content, and troubleshooting of the equipment to provide a basis for equipment management and maintenance.
