- When installing the alumina plant storage and transportation system, make sure the foundation is stable and can withstand the weight of the equipment and the vibration generated during operation. Work accurately according to the installation drawings to ensure that the installation position and angle of the equipment are accurate.
- Before installation, carefully inspect all equipment and components for any damage, deformation or missing parts. At the same time, make sure that the tools and spreaders required for installation are complete and in good performance.
- Before operation, fully check whether the wiring of the electrical system is firm and whether the lubrication of each equipment is sufficient. Carry out no-load test run for the conveying equipment and observe the running condition.
- During operation, pay close attention to the sound, temperature and vibration of the equipment. If any abnormality is found, stop the machine in time for troubleshooting to avoid the expansion of the fault.
