Brand: BOCH
Applicable Industry: Manufacturing Plant, Construction Works, Energy &Amp; Mining
Performance Features:
- The Terminal Loading and Dispensing System has a clear and efficient function designed to load bulk materials quickly and accurately from the ship unloading stage. The components work together to form a tight and smooth workflow.
- The ship unloader is the starting point, efficiently unloading bulk material from the ship, demonstrating strong unloading capacity and stable performance.
- The air inclined chute plays a key role in the conveying process, realising a smooth transition of the bulk material and reducing material loss and dust.
- The bulk loader is able to load bulk materials into the cement tanker quickly and accurately, with easy operation and high efficiency.
- The dust collection system effectively controls the dust emission during the operation, safeguarding the environmental quality and the health of the operators.
- The system realises flexible switching of material supply to the two bulk loaders by cleverly controlling the discharge valve of the inclined chute, thus ensuring continuous ship unloading and truck loading operations and greatly improving work efficiency.
- The Silvon terminal loading and issuing system is customised according to customer requirements, and the process is simple and straightforward, reducing complexity and potential points of failure.
- Flexible layout, able to adapt to the space and site conditions of different terminals, maximising the use of limited space.
- Low investment cost, providing customers with an affordable and efficient solution.
Main technical parameters:
- The unloading speed and carrying capacity of the ship unloader are determined according to the scale of the quay and the size of the ship.
- Conveying length, inclination angle and conveying capacity of air inclined chute, adapting to different material characteristics and conveying distance.
- The loading speed and precision of bulk loader to meet the loading requirements of cement tankers of different specifications.
- The handling air volume and dust removal efficiency of the dust collection system to ensure that it meets the environmental protection emission standards.
Main application areas:
- Widely used in all kinds of bulk cargo terminals, such as loading, unloading and transporting of coal, ore, cement and other materials.
- It is suitable for the terminals of large logistics parks, providing support for the rapid flow of goods.
- At the wharf of building materials production enterprises, it provides efficient loading service for the outbound transport of products.
Important Tip:
- When installing the dock loading and issuing system, make sure that the installation foundation is firm and the horizontal and vertical degrees meet the requirements. Position and connect the equipment in strict accordance with the installation drawings to ensure that the components are installed accurately.
- Before installation, carry out a comprehensive inspection of all the equipment, including whether there is any damage in appearance, whether the parts are complete, whether the electrical wiring is normal, and so on. If there is any problem, it should be dealt with or replaced in time.
- Before operation, check the lubrication of each equipment to ensure that the lubricant is sufficient and of good quality. Conduct a comprehensive test on the electrical system to ensure that the control system operates normally.
- During operation, pay close attention to whether the gripping action of the ship unloader is accurate and smooth, whether the air inclined chute is blocked or leaking, whether the loading of the bulk loader is in place, and whether the effect of the dust collection system is good. If there is any abnormality, it should be shut down in time to deal with it.
- Regularly carry out maintenance on the equipment, clean up the debris and accumulated materials in the grab of the ship unloader, the interior of the air inclined chute, and the discharge port of the bulk loader. Check the wear and tear of key parts of each equipment, such as chains, conveyor belts, motors, etc., and replace the parts with serious wear and tear in time.
- Regularly inspect and maintain the electrical equipment and test the performance of protection devices according to the requirements of the maintenance manual. Clean or replace the filter bag or filter element of the dust collection system to ensure the effect of dust removal.
- When stopping the machine for maintenance, cut off the power supply first and hang the warning sign of ‘No switching, someone is doing maintenance’ on the relevant equipment. In the process of overhaul, use appropriate tools and protective equipment, and comply with the safety regulations.
- Establish detailed equipment operation and maintenance files to record the equipment's operation time, fault conditions, maintenance content and other information to provide a basis for equipment management and maintenance.
