Important Tips:
- When installing the ship loading system, make sure that the foundation is firm, level and able to withstand the weight of the system and the vibration generated during operation. Work precisely according to the design drawings to ensure that the installation position and angle of each equipment is accurate.
- Before installation, carry out a detailed inspection of all equipment, including whether there is any damage in appearance, whether the parts are complete, whether the electrical components are normal, etc.. Any problems should be dealt with or replaced in time.
- Before operation, fully check whether the wiring of the electrical system is firm and whether the lubrication of each equipment is sufficient. Carry out no-load test run for the conveying equipment and shiploader and observe the running condition.
- During operation, pay close attention to whether the action of shiploader is accurate and smooth, whether the conveying equipment is blocked or deviated, and whether the effect of dust collection system is good. If there is any abnormality, it should be shut down in time for troubleshooting.
- Regularly inspect the silo to see if there is corrosion and deformation of the silo wall. Clear the silo of accumulated materials and debris to keep the silo clean.
- Regularly inspect and replace conveyor belts, rollers, drums, etc. of the conveying equipment according to the requirements of the maintenance manual. Maintain and service the steel structure, travelling mechanism, lifting mechanism and other key parts of the shiploader.
- When stopping for maintenance, the power supply must be cut off first, and obvious warning signs must be set on the relevant equipment. In the process of overhauling, strictly abide by the operating procedures to ensure personnel safety.
- Establish a perfect equipment operation and maintenance file to record in detail the operation of the equipment, maintenance content and troubleshooting process, providing a basis for equipment management and maintenance.
