- When installing the dock ship unloading system, make sure that the foundation of the installation site is solid and the loading capacity meets the requirements. Installation and commissioning of the equipment should be carried out in strict accordance with the design scheme to ensure the installation accuracy and connection reliability of each component.
- Before installation, carry out a comprehensive unpacking inspection of all the equipment, check the model, specification and quantity of the equipment, and see whether the equipment is damaged or defective. At the same time, check whether the tools and spreaders required for installation are complete and in good performance.
- Before operation, carefully check whether the wiring of the electrical system is correct, and whether the lubrication parts of each equipment are filled with suitable lubricant.
