Carefully check the model and specification of the batching plant and the suitability of other equipment in the mixing plant, operate in strict accordance with the installation instructions to ensure that the connecting parts are firmly and accurately installed, to prevent vibration, offset, material leakage and other abnormalities due to improper installation of the equipment, affecting the performance of the equipment and production safety.
Before the first operation, clean the inside of the batching plant, check the installation and function of the batching bins, weighing system, conveying pipeline and other key components to make sure that there is no damage or hidden trouble.
