Important Tips:

Carefully check whether the model and specification of the silo are consistent with the layout planning of the mixing plant, and operate in strict accordance with the installation instructions to ensure that the components are installed correctly and firmly connected, especially the installation of the supporting steel structure, to ensure its stability and verticality, to prevent safety hazards caused by improper installation.
Before the first use, the inside of the silo should be completely cleaned, and the installation and function of the key equipments such as dust collector, pressure safety valve, material level indicator, flow-assisting air cushion and manual butterfly valve should be checked to ensure that there is no damage or hidden trouble. Check and clean the feeding pipe to prevent foreign matter from blocking the pipe and affecting the feeding.
