- Equipment Maintenance
Regularly inspect and maintain the center column, cantilever stacker and reclaimer. Check the verticality of the center column and the foundation connection to prevent the equipment from tilting due to foundation settlement or structural deformation. Carry out lubrication and parts inspection on the rotary and tilting mechanisms of the cantilever stacker to ensure that their movements are flexible and accurate. The scraper, conveyor belt and other parts of the reclaimer should be regularly checked for wear and replaced in time to ensure the efficiency and quality of the reclaimer.
- Structural monitoring
