Performance Characteristics:
- Stable and efficient operation
The equipment runs stably and reliably, and it can run continuously and stably during the long time of fly ash air separation work, reducing the downtime caused by equipment failure and improving the production efficiency. High degree of automation, simple system operation, only a small number of operators through the intelligent control system can easily control the entire wind selection process, reducing labor costs and operating difficulties. Large processing capacity, able to quickly process a large amount of raw fly ash, to meet the needs of large thermal power plants and other large-scale fly ash processing.
- Precise grading
High grading efficiency, above 85%, can accurately sort raw fly ash into coarse ash, Class I ash and Class II ash according to different particle sizes, effectively improving the utilization rate of fly ash resources. For example, Class I ash can be used in the production of high-quality concrete, Class II ash can be used in the manufacture of general building materials, and coarse ash can be processed or utilized in other suitable ways, so that all components of fly ash can be reasonably applied.
- High wear resistance and low cost
The system has high wear-resistant performance. Since fly ash will cause certain wear and tear to the equipment in the process of air separation, the system adopts special wear-resistant materials and optimized structural design, which effectively extends the service life of the equipment and reduces the frequency of replacement of the equipment and maintenance costs. Low investment cost, under the premise of ensuring high efficiency classification and stable operation, through reasonable equipment selection and process design, it reduces the overall construction and investment cost, and improves the economic benefits of the enterprise.
- flexible arrangement
According to customers' requirements, it can be arranged in a variety of ways, such as discrete arrangement, centralized arrangement on the side of the warehouse and centralized arrangement on the top of the warehouse. The discrete arrangement is suitable for the case where the site is scattered or there is a special layout requirement; the centralized arrangement on the side of the warehouse facilitates the fly ash to be stored or transferred directly into the warehouse after air-selecting treatment on the side of the warehouse; and the centralized arrangement on the top of the warehouse makes full use of the space on the top of the warehouse, reduces the floor space, and enables the system to better adapt to the site conditions and process layout requirements of different customers.
Main Technical Parameters:
- Classification precision
The grading accuracy of different grades of fly ash is controlled within ±5%, which can accurately separate the raw fly ash into coarse ash, class I ash and class II ash in accordance with the standard. For example, the fineness of Class I ash is required to be no more than 12% of the sieve residue of 45μm square hole sieve, and the system can accurately separate the fly ash into the standard range to ensure the quality of fly ash at all levels is stable.
- Capacity
Processing capacity is generally between 10 - 100 tons/hour depending on the model and configuration of the equipment, which can meet the needs of power plants or fly ash processing enterprises of different sizes. The large-scale equipment can process up to 100 tons/hour of raw fly ash, and the small-scale equipment can also process about 10 tons/hour stably, so the enterprises can choose according to their actual production capacity.
- Equipment power
The power of the whole air separation system ranges from 30 to 300 kilowatts, with different power corresponding to different processing capacity and classification requirements. In order to ensure efficient operation, reasonable power configuration also helps to reduce energy consumption and improve energy utilization.
Main application areas:
- Electric power industry: It is mainly used in the fly ash treatment of thermal power plants, to wind-select and classify a large amount of fly ash produced by power plants, to improve the added value of fly ash, facilitate the subsequent comprehensive utilization or sale, reduce the pollution of fly ash to the environment, realize the recycling of resources, and also comply with the national environmental protection requirements for the treatment of fly ash in power plants.
- Building materials industry: the fly ash at all levels after air-selecting can be used as an important raw material in the building materials industry; Class I ash can be used in the production of high-performance concrete, cement products, etc., to improve the performance and quality of the products; Class II ash can be used in the manufacture of ordinary concrete, bricks, wall panels and other building materials to reduce the cost of production; the coarse ash can be used in some building materials that do not have a high demand for the quality of the fly ash, which promotes the sustainability of the building materials industry. The coarse ash can also be used in some building material products that do not require high quality of fly ash, which promotes the sustainable development of the building material industry.
Important Tips:
- Equipment Maintenance
Regularly check and maintain the air separation equipment, focusing on checking the wear and tear of easy-to-wear parts such as classifier blades, inner wall of conveying pipeline, etc., and replacing the parts with serious wear and tear in time, so as to ensure that the grading accuracy and processing capacity of the equipment will not be affected. At the same time, the power system and control system of the equipment are inspected and maintained to ensure the stable operation of the equipment.
- Adaptation of raw material characteristics
Since there may be differences in the characteristics of fly ash produced by different thermal power plants, such as particle size distribution, density, humidity, etc., before the operation of the air separation system, the characteristics of the raw materials should be fully understood, and the operating parameters of the system, such as wind speed, air volume, etc., should be adjusted according to these characteristics, in order to achieve the best classification effect. For example, for the raw fly ash with large humidity, it may be necessary to dry it first or reduce the wind speed appropriately to prevent the material from clumping and blocking the equipment.
- Safety and environmental protection
During the operation of the air separation system, it is necessary to ensure that the system is well sealed to prevent environmental pollution caused by fly ash leakage. At the same time, necessary safety protection facilities, such as dust concentration monitoring device, static electricity elimination device, etc., to prevent dust explosion and other safety accidents. Operators should strictly abide by the operating procedures and wear the necessary protective equipment to ensure their own safety.
