Important Tips:
-Meticulous preparation before installation: before installation, it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive survey of the installation site to ensure that the site is level, solid, with sufficient load-bearing capacity to support the weight of the extruder and gear box, and meet the installation requirements of the equipment.
-Comprehensive inspection for the first operation: before the first operation, the gearbox should be thoroughly cleaned internally, and the installation and lubrication status of key components such as gears, bearings, shaft seals, splines, feed gears, screws and speed ratio gears should be checked, and lubricant should be filled in accordance with the stipulated oil level and oil requirements.
-Strict monitoring during operation: During operation, establish a regular inspection system, focusing on checking key indicators such as oil temperature, oil pressure, vibration and noise of the gear box, as well as the wear and tear of the gears and bearings, and pay close attention to the quality of the material extruded and whether the extruded quantity is stable.
-Proper maintenance during the deactivation period: equipment that is deactivated for a long time or seasonally should be emptied of the material in the extruder before deactivation, and the interior of the equipment should be cleaned comprehensively, so as to prevent the residual material from clumping and affecting the next use.
