Main application areas:
Mainly used in supporting single-screw extruder, playing a key role in the rubber and plastic industry. It is used for extruding rubber semi-finished products, such as rubber pipes, profiles, sheets and so on. In the production process, the rubber raw material is heated and softened, and then the screw is driven to rotate through the gear box, so that the material is extruded through a specific mold under the conveying and extruding action of the screw.
Important Tips:
Before installation, detailed investigation of the installation site is required to ensure that the site foundation is firm and level, in line with the requirements of the gear box installation. Carefully check the suitability of the gearbox model, specification and single-screw extruder, operate in strict accordance with the installation instructions to ensure that the connecting parts are installed accurately, fastened reliably, to prevent vibration, deflection and other abnormalities during operation due to improper installation, which will affect the performance and service life of the equipment.
Before the first operation, the gear box should be cleaned completely, check the installation and lubrication status of the gears, bearings, shaft seals and other key components, and refill the lubricant according to the specified oil level and oil requirements.
During operation, establish a regular inspection system, focusing on checking the oil temperature, oil pressure, vibration, noise and other key indicators of the gear box, as well as the wear of gears and bearings. According to the running time and working conditions of the equipment, the maintenance cycle is reasonably arranged, lubricating oil, filters and other wearing parts are replaced in time, and wear and tear tests and precision adjustments are carried out on gears, bearings and other key components. If equipment failure or abnormal conditions are found, it should be shut down in time for maintenance, and it is strictly prohibited to run with faults, so as not to cause greater losses or safety accidents.
Long-term out of service or seasonal out of service equipment, before decommissioning should do a good job of equipment cleaning, anticorrosion, rust treatment, the gear box lubricant discharge clean and properly stored.
