Before installation, it is necessary to conduct a detailed survey of the installation site to ensure that the site foundation is firm and level, in line with the installation requirements of the gearbox. Carefully check the model and specification of the gear box and the suitability of the opener, operate in strict accordance with the installation instructions to ensure that the connecting parts are installed accurately, tightly and reliably, to prevent vibration, offset and other abnormalities due to improper installation of the equipment operation, affecting the performance and service life of the equipment.
Before the first operation, the inside of the gear box should be fully cleaned, check the installation and lubrication status of the gears, bearings, shaft seals and other key components, and fill the lubricant according to the specified oil level and oil requirements.
