In response to this problem, the technicians disassembled and inspected the gearbox three-stage shaft that had been taken off the line, measured the size of the gear mounting holes and shaft dimensions, and found that the shaft keyway was cracked, and the shaft could not be repaired and used again. Technicians decided to gear the existing shaft hole as a reference benchmark, in order to ensure that the installation of the prerequisites, the original shaft tolerance p6 changed to u6, appropriately increase the amount of surplus of the shaft, increase the bearing capacity of the transmission, reduce the amount of runout between the gears and shafts, thereby improving the stability of the gearbox operation. Rolling mill use overhaul time, the improved three-stage shaft on-line test, through the trial run, the gear box operation sound greatly reduced, stable equipment operation.
