Important Tips:
Before installation, carefully check the suitability of the gearbox model, specification and bucket elevator, and make sure that the installation foundation is firm and level, and meets the installation requirements. During installation, operate in strict accordance with the installation manual, pay attention to the tightening torque of each connecting part, ensure the installation accuracy, and prevent the equipment from vibration, noise or failure during operation due to improper installation.
Before the first operation, the inside of the gear box should be fully cleaned, check the installation and lubrication status of each gear, bearing, shaft seal and other components, and fill the lubricant according to the specified oil level and oil requirements. At the same time, check and adjust the chain, hopper, drive belt and other parts of the bucket elevator to ensure that the equipment as a whole is in a good initial operating condition.
During operation, establish a regular inspection system, focusing on checking the oil temperature of the gear box, oil pressure, vibration, noise and other key indicators, as well as bucket elevator chain tension, hopper wear and tear, and whether the material conveying is smooth. According to the running time and working conditions of the equipment, the maintenance cycle should be reasonably arranged, lubricant, filters and other wear parts should be replaced in time, and gears, bearings and other key components should be tested for wear and precision adjustment.
Long-term out of service or seasonal out of service equipment, before decommissioning should do a good job of equipment cleaning, anticorrosion, rust treatment, the gear box lubricant discharge clean and properly stored. Before re-activation, it is necessary to carry out a comprehensive inspection and maintenance of the equipment, and make preparations in accordance with the requirements before the first operation, including refilling lubricating oil, checking the connection of various components, etc., to ensure that the equipment can be safely and reliably put back into operation.
