Chemical mixing gearboxes, be sure to select a level and solid mounting base to ensure the stability of the gearbox operation.
- During installation, strictly follow the installation instructions to ensure that all components are installed in the correct position and firmly connected.
- Before operation, check the level and quality of lubricating oil to ensure that it meets the requirements, and carry out comprehensive debugging of the whole system.
- During operation, regularly check the temperature, sound, vibration and other parameters of the gearbox, as well as the status of the seals, and deal with any abnormality in time.
