Important Tips:
Before installation, the installation foundation should be accurately measured and evaluated to ensure that its strength, flatness and stability meet the requirements of gearbox installation, to prevent vibration and displacement during operation due to foundation problems, which affects the life of the equipment and operational safety.
Before the first operation, the gear box should be fully cleaned internally, check the installation of gears, bearings, shaft seals and other components and lubrication status, according to the specified oil level and oil requirements for lubricant filling. Check and adjust the chains, belts, couplings and other parts connected to the outside to ensure that they are firmly connected and properly tensioned.
During operation, establish a regular inspection system to check the oil temperature, oil pressure, vibration, noise and other key indicators of the gear box, and observe whether there is any leakage at the sealing place, and the wear and tear of chain, belt and other transmission parts.
