Before the first operation, it is necessary to carry out a comprehensive cleaning of the gear box interior, carefully check the installation of each gear, bearing, shaft and other key components to ensure that there is no loosening, jamming and other phenomena. Fill high-quality lubricant according to the specified oil level and oil requirements, and strictly check the external connection piping, electrical wiring, etc., to confirm that there is no error before starting the equipment. During the startup process, pay close attention to the startup state of the equipment, such as whether there is any abnormal noise, vibration, temperature rise, etc., and if there is any abnormality, it should be shut down immediately for inspection.
