Before installation, the model and specification of the gearbox should be carefully checked for suitability with the mill equipment, and ensure that the installation foundation is firm, level and in accordance with the design requirements, so as to avoid vibration and displacement during operation due to the poor foundation, which will affect the life of the equipment and the quality of production.
Before the first operation, make sure to clean the inside of the gear box, check the installation and lubrication status of the gears, bearings and other key components, fill the lubricant according to the specified oil level and oil requirements, and at the same time fasten the external connecting parts to ensure that there is no abnormality in the equipment before starting.
