- Standard gearboxes are delivered in a quasi-operational state, but they need to be filled with lubricating oil before operation, and the viscosity and type of lubricating oil must be in accordance with the provisions of the nameplate to ensure normal lubrication and operation of the equipment.

- The data and instructions about the oil quantity are for reference only, the actual refueling quantity should be based on the level gauge or the middle of the round oil mark, to avoid over or under refueling affecting the performance of the equipment.

- Rotating parts should be guarded to prevent accidental contact. Please strictly observe the current local safety regulations to ensure the safety of the operator.

- Sealing, lubrication, ventilation, surface protection and other gearbox features may need to be adjusted for different applications to suit the particular environment and process requirements and to ensure that the equipment is always in optimum operating condition.
