Striving for Excellence and Continuous Breakthrough-Bocheng Launches Two New Platforms of Wind Power Gearboxes

Bo become a better help to the development of onshore Shaguo desert large base wind turbine and offshore large megawatt wind turbine, the company accelerated the product technology iteration, launched two innovatively designed gearbox products, respectively: 10MW front-end integrated 3P1H high-speed gearbox and 20MW fully integrated drive chain gearbox.

 

Compared with traditional gearbox products, the torque density of 10MW front-end integrated 3P1H high-speed gearbox can reach 230+ kNm/t, which significantly improves the product economy and competitiveness. Through the integrated rigid connection technology, a more stable connection is realized at the low-speed end, which effectively reduces the vibration and noise level of the gearbox. Meanwhile, the new slip ring and integrated lubrication design greatly reduce the risk of oil leakage; the specially developed maintainability design scheme for the front-end integrated structure improves the convenience and economy of operation and maintenance.

 

 

The highly integrated design of both the low-speed end and the motor end, combined with the multi-planetary wheel and slide bearing design scheme, enables the gearbox torque density to reach 230+ kNm/t, which significantly enhances the cost-effectiveness of the product as well as its competitive advantage in the market. The application of new sealing structure significantly improves the reliability of sealing and reduces the risk of oil leakage. The overall maintainability design of the product ensures hierarchical maintenance of the drive chain in the nacelle.
