The work of the roller belt conveyor is based on the principle of friction transmission. After the drive unit is started, the drive roller rotates under the drive of the electric motor and drives the conveyor belt to move through the friction between it and the conveyor belt. The material is placed on the conveyor belt and transported to the designated place with the movement of the conveyor belt. During the conveying process, the rollers play the role of supporting the conveyor belt and materials, reducing the sagging of the conveyor belt and lowering the running resistance.
