Bocheng Launches Professional User Training Program to Improve Wind Power Gearbox Operation and Maintenance Efficiency

In response to the rapid growth of customer demand for wind power gearbox training, PCCW has launched a new series of user training programs, and in January 2024, the first training was held in Baotou as scheduled. The first training was held in January 2024 in Baotou. This training is “Endoscope Inspection Specialized Training”, which is a part of PCCW's professional training, covering the structure of wind turbine gearboxes and transmission chains, common faults and treatment of wind turbine gearboxes, sealing principle and structure of wind turbine gearboxes, theoretical teaching and practical application of endoscopy operation, etc. The training ensures that every participant is proficient in wind turbine gearboxes.

The training ensures that each participant can skillfully master the basic skills of using endoscopes in gearboxes of various structures, so that they can independently master the operation of endoscopes and the steps of wind turbine gearbox inspection, and further improve the quality of daily inspection work.

Adhering to the concept of “prevention first, prevention combined”, PCCW will continue to carry out training work, and through the continuous knowledge transfer, contribute to the enhancement of the capabilities of wind power industry practitioners.
